creernewsletter.com hosts no website. This domain routes the links contained in emails sent by customers of the Mailpro platform, and measures how they are opened.

Stop receiving these emails

Unsubscribing is handled by the sender, not on this domain. Use the unsubscribe link at the foot of the message, or the List-Unsubscribe header most mail clients expose. The request is applied immediately and permanently.

Data recorded

When a link routed through this domain is opened, four items are recorded on behalf of the sender of the email:

• the message identifier and the recipient identifier carried by the URL
• the date and time of the open
• the browser signature (user-agent)
• the IP address, shortened once the country has been approximated

The data controller is the sender of the email; Maxony Suisse SA acts on their documented instructions alone, as processor. No resale, no advertising use, no cross-customer correlation.

Data processing

The legal basis is the sender's legitimate interest in measuring the reach of their mailings (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), or performance of the contract between you and them (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). In Switzerland, Art. 31 revFADP applies.

Click records are kept for as long as the sender keeps the corresponding campaign in their account, and are deleted with it. Raw technical logs are purged after thirty days.

Records are held in our Geneva data centre, in Switzerland. No redirection data leaves Swiss territory.

No cookies, no third-party scripts, no pixels executed on this domain: everything measured comes from the identifiers already written into the URL.

Your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability are exercised with the sender of the email, who alone can identify you in their lists. If you cannot reach them, write to us: we will pass the request on and, absent a reply from them, delete the records concerned.

For the platform as a whole, the reference remains the Mailpro privacy policy.
